Terms of Service
These terms explain your use of the Project Omen website, account, and Windows software. Please read them before requesting access or using Omen.
Effective September 28, 2026 · Contact: support@hellbornvisuals.com
1. Who provides Omen
Project Omen is offered under the name HellbornVisuals. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of HellbornVisuals. Omen is independent software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios, Rust, any streaming service, or any anti-cheat provider.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. The Privacy Notice explains how information is handled.
2. Accounts and access
Use an email address you control. We verify ownership with a one-time code before creating an account or signing you in. Google or Discord sign-in may be offered only when the provider connection is configured and the provider supplies a verified email address. Omen access is personal and ordinarily linked to one Windows installation at a time. After fresh verified sign-in, your account can unlink the current PC; self-service changes are limited to once every seven days. Contact support if a hardware replacement requires help during that period.
Free access requests may be reviewed and are not guaranteed. A free key is personal, may be limited to particular features, and may be revoked for misuse. Do not share, sell, or transfer credentials, keys, or account access without permission.
3. Prices and plans
The website currently describes a $3.99 USD monthly plan and a $15.99 USD one-time lifetime option. The monthly plan, when available, renews automatically at the disclosed price and interval until canceled. The lifetime option is a one-time Omen access license with no recurring renewal; it does not promise that online services, third-party integrations, or new versions will operate forever. Taxes, the final total, and any offer-specific terms must be shown before you confirm a checkout. No charge should occur from a disabled checkout button.
For an eligible customer who has already paid $3.99 for monthly access, the displayed $12.00 lifetime upgrade reflects that $3.99 payment as part of the $15.99 lifetime price, before applicable taxes. The earlier monthly payment is not separately refunded solely because the customer chooses this discounted upgrade. Refund requests for billing errors, unauthorized charges, faulty service, or other applicable rights remain subject to the Refunds & Cancellation Policy and law.
The Refunds & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. It explains how to cancel, request a refund, and what happens to access after a refund. Nothing in it limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
4. Cancellation and paid access
For an active monthly subscription, use the account page or Stripe billing portal to cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and is intended to leave paid access active through the end of the current paid period, unless an applicable law or a refund requires a different result. The account page should show the paid-through date and whether cancellation is scheduled. If self-service cancellation fails, email support@hellbornvisuals.com promptly with your account email. Do not include payment-card details in the message.
Upgrading to lifetime does not, by itself, refund the previously paid monthly charge. Any upgrade credit or discount will be shown in the checkout total before payment. If either payment is later refunded or reversed, we may review the account's paid balance and lifetime access, subject to applicable law and our refund policy.
5. License and acceptable use
While your access is valid, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Omen software on your linked Windows installation. You may not resell access, distribute modified copies, evade technical access limits, or use Omen unlawfully. This does not restrict rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
Omen works through Windows display controls and an external overlay. It does not read game memory or modify game files. That design is not an anti-cheat approval or a promise that a game or server will permit it. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your use. Display modes, color output, overlays, hotkeys, and audio behavior vary by device and driver; use the built-in restore and confirmation controls and test at a safe volume.
6. Third-party services and downloads
Payments, email delivery, optional Google or Discord account sign-in, and embedded music may depend on providers such as Stripe, Resend, Google, Discord, YouTube Music, Spotify, Pandora, SoundCloud, Microsoft WebView2, and Cloudflare. Their services can have separate terms, account requirements, availability, and advertisements. Omen does not remove streaming ads or authorize downloads from those services.
Use the official HellbornVisuals download page. Its SHA-256 check confirms the downloaded bytes match the published fingerprint; it is not a malware-scan or code-signing guarantee.
7. Availability and changes
We may update features, security requirements, and these terms as Omen develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the account email. We may suspend access to address security, fraud, unlawful use, or service failure. We will not take away rights required by applicable consumer law. No online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted.
8. Questions and disputes
For account, billing, technical, or terms questions, contact support@hellbornvisuals.com. Please include your account email and a description of the issue, but never send a password, one-time code, full card number, or secret key. Any non-waivable consumer protections in your location continue to apply.
Checkout remains gated while final sales jurisdictions, taxes, refund terms, and purchase-flow testing are completed. These terms are a product draft and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before live paid sales.
